1. The service

FaucetMiner ("the Service") is a free rewards platform. Users earn in-site coins through mining, check-ins, ad tasks, the prize wheel and referrals. Coins are a promotional loyalty unit — they are not a cryptocurrency, have no cash value on their own, and can only be exchanged through the Service's withdrawal feature. 1,000,000 coins = $1 USD for withdrawal purposes.

2. Accounts

One account per person. You must use a valid FaucetPay email address, which is also your payout destination. You are responsible for activity on your account.

The following are prohibited and may result in balance forfeiture and a permanent ban: multiple accounts, use of VPN/proxy/Tor, bot or scripted activity, ad-view fraud, exploiting bugs, and any attempt to manipulate rewards.

3. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed automatically to FaucetPay once your balance reaches the minimum threshold. Payouts are final once the transaction is broadcast to the network. We may delay, review or refuse a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

4. Changes and availability

Reward rates, thresholds and features may change at any time. The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaucetMiner is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
